I have a large bulletin board in the reception room with photos of practice members. All happy faces. The problem, though, is that all of the photos are old, like six or seven years old.
I was looking at the photos a couple of weeks ago. One thing that stood out is that the older folks who are still coming here (wellness care) after those six or seven years, look no older. The older folks who stopped care, who I see occasionally on the street, look VERY much older. They look very much sick, in pain, difficulty walking, altogether a sad picture.
No, this is not a scientific study. It's just an observation. But it is something to think about. Free you nervous system, and you will live better, including aging better. It just makes sense.
